Once your order has been confirmed, we will endeavour to ensure your order is delivered to you within 3 working days.

Returns

We strongly suggest all items are checked as soon as possible after receipt, as claims may not be accepted if reported after 72 hours of receiving the goods. If an item is found to be faulty or you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 72 hours, and where appropriate we shall endeavour to either have your order corrected, or give a full refund within 30 days including delivery costs. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, simple send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it by recorded delivery. Provided the item is in pristine condition and is in its original packaging, a full refund minus delivery costs, will be given within 30 days.
